Seventeen-year-old Rickie Williams’ time of 38:2.06 was good enough to see him finished eighth place overall and second in the junior category.
Ashanti Scott (47:22.02) finished fourth in the female category which was won by the Netherland’s Lysanne Wilkens (39:1.19) while Kenisha Pascal (40:40.08) of Grenada was second.
