The Board of Directors of Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs met on Thursday, May 2 and reviewed the activities of the parent company and its subsidiaries for the 2023 financial year and approved the individual and consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2023.
The individual financial statements show a net profit of 4.4 million dinars, an increase of 47% compared to 2022.
The Board of Directors has decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 and to propose the distribution of a dividend of TND 0.460 per share, i.e. 46% of the nominal value, compared to TND 0.400 in 2023.
