With the sting of the Europa League exit fresh in their minds, Claudio Ranieri and Roma have no choice but to turn their attention back to Serie A. But here's the good news: The Giallorossi are the most in-form team in Italy. With five wins on the trot and a 12-match unbeaten streak, Roma have thrust themselves back into European contention for next season, scratching and clawing their way into seventh place, trailing fourth place Juventus by six points.
And with a little bit of luck today and a victory over Cagliari, that gap could narrow to three points. It's a sentence we never thought we'd utter during the dark days of Ivan Juric's tenure, but it's testament to Ranieri's Manager of the Year-level performance in 2025.
The lineups are in, so let's see if Roma can make it six in a row!
