TOWN CREEK, Ala. (WAFF) - A Town Creek woman was arrested on aggravated cruelty to animals charges, according to court documents obtained by WAFF 48.

Authorities responded to a home on Highway 101 in Town Creek on Thursday and met with an animal control officer who took custody of four dogs.

According to court documents, all four dogs were malnourished. The inside of the home was “unlivable due to feces on the floor, urine, and no running water,” the same documents allege.
