ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. -- A 55-year-old Pensacola man is jailed on $360,000 bond for allegedly sexually abusing a girl under age 12 and showing her pornography.

Quenton Harris was booked into Escambia County Jail last Wednesday on domestic violence charges of:

• molestation of child under 12 (two counts)
• attempted sexual battery
• sexual battery (three counts)
• battery (two counts)
• show obscene material to minor

The crimes happened between June 2024 and March 2025, according to the arrest report.

The report states an Escambia County deputy was called on Feb. 25 to W Government Street for a missing person complaint. A DCF investigator said she received a report about a child who was allegedly missing and being beaten and sexually abused by Harris, according to the report. The child was reportedly last seen on Jan. 2.

The report states that on March 17, a deputy interviewed the child at the Gulf Coast Kid's House. The child claimed several sexual abuse incidents by Harris involving various sexual acts. The child also reported that Harris showed her pornography.
